The wait is over, the new International Conceptualization Form for Schema Therapy (CCF-ISST) version 3.8, 2024 has finally been released after passing the testing phases.

Starting July 1, 2024, the new Case Conceptualization Form can be used for certification purposes – specifically, to accompany ratings recorded for individual certification. There will be a six-month period, until the end of 2024, when applicants for individual certification can choose whether to use the old or new Case Conceptualization Form. Starting January 1, 2025, the old form will be obsolete and any recordings submitted for ratings for individual certification purposes must be accompanied by the new form.
