The ISST Executive Board has designated October 12th as World Schema Therapy Day.

As schema therapists, we understand the critical importance of meeting core emotional needs. To address the need for connection, we are excited to announce World Schema Therapy Day on October 12th! This annual global event aims to foster international collaboration, increase interest in schema therapy, and expand our global community.

How to spend the day:
A free 24-hour event with a mix of local and virtual global activities.

This is an opportunity to:

• Talk, share your ideas, and connect with other members.
• Discuss your interests and research topics.
• Identify yourself with colors that represent your expertise and areas of research interest, helping to make it easier to identify and communicate with each other.
