New resources for ST-CA: A set of 50 mind-numbing cards for children and adolescents has recently been published in English.

The design style started with the idea of ​​being simple, without specific elements of gender, age or culture, and now we have a collection of gender-neutral and age-neutral cards.

The 50 cards are designed around the core concept of mindsets in schema therapy, but with an element of novelty and creativity. The 12 cards are integrated with the skills and competencies that children need to develop and strengthen an intelligent and wise mindset.

These skill cards are designed taking into account the stages of development in children and adolescents (E. Erikson, J. Piaget, L. Kohlberg), stages and principles of emotional intelligence development (A. Vernon), descriptions of healthy adult characteristics and competencies (D. Berstein), dimensions of intelligent and wise mindset (C. Loose), psychological flexibility competencies (S. Hayes, L. Greco, R. Harris-ACT), emotional regulation and relationship skills in children and adolescents (J. Rathus, A. Miller-DBT).
