Christoph Forhans, Swiss supervisor of the ISST, has raised important questions in the use of AI for therapists’ schemas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

He says: “The rapid expansion of artificial intelligence technology is undoubtedly a topic of great interest and importance in our profession. <\/span><\/span>
Please pay attention to the following two points:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

1. Using AI to subtitle, translate, and transcribe videos and audio: In the past, these processes were often cumbersome and time-consuming. However, with advances in AI-based software, converting content from one language to another has become a matter of seconds. I\u2019m curious to hear about your experiences with the accuracy, reliability, and safety of such AI-based tools. Which specific software do you recommend, and how have you found them to be effective in supporting your work as a supervisor and trainer when recommending video\/audio translation to your supervisors\/workshop participants?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

2. Generating personalized visual content using AI: One of your workshop participants, a skilled graphic designer, demonstrates how simple verbal input can enable AI software to generate different versions of individual \u201cmind maps\u201d or avatars. This is particularly interesting, as it could allow us as therapists to create much more personalized mind maps or schemas, as well as produce customized \u201cmind videos,\u201d especially for children and adolescents. I would be very interested to learn about experiences you may have with using AI in this way or other innovative applications of AI in your daily clinical practice.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
